The Graduate Compliance Opportunity
The Compliance team is looking to recruit a Compliance Assistant to help support with on-boarding and third-party risk management.
Your role
Your role will be mainly focused on completing KYC (Know Your Customer) processes for Glencore’s energy division, but you will also have the opportunity to assist with other aspects of Glencore’s Compliance programme – including vessel screening, risk assessment and training.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining complete and accurate KYC due diligence records on new and existing counterparties and non-trade vendors, ensuring that relevant databases are updated to reflect completion of review.
- Escalating all concerns and issues as appropriate.
- Shaping improvements to current processes.
- Maintaining and enhancing effective interaction and communication with other units/business areas and counterparties.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Skill Set
