Are you a recent graduate fluent in German and looking to kickstart your career in sales?

Spencer Ogden is on the hunt for enthusiastic bilingual consultants to join our London and Düsseldorf offices. We are expanding our presence in the renewables, infrastructure, and environmental sectors across the DACH region.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain B2B and candidate relationships.
  • Utilise Your Language Skills: Use your fluency to engage with clients and candidates in their native language.
  • Consult and Match Talent: Understand client needs, source, and place highly skilled candidates.
  • Sales-Focused Role: This is a sales-oriented role, not an HR function.
