Lloyds Banking Group - Data Management & Strategy Graduate Scheme

Lloyds Banking Group

Kickstart Your Career

On our Data Management and Strategy scheme, you’ll be hands-on with real responsibilities from day one. You’ll make data the driving force behind our Group's future by setting up essential controls, ensuring trust and safety, and helping build a data-driven culture.

This scheme goes beyond tech skills, and dives into strategic data management. You'll tackle complex challenges, craft innovative strategies, and drive real, sustainable growth. If you're obsessed with data and its possibilities, this is your moment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Collaboration and communication abilities
  • Curiosity and a love of learning
  • Data management experience is a plus but not essential

What You’ll Learn

Over two years, you’ll be immersed in our data management principles and strategic frameworks. Start with a bootcamp to quickly get up to speed with our Group and why data is fundamental for our future and how we evolve to support our customers. Then, undertake two placements to develop core skills.

You’ll be matched up with a buddy or mentor to support you and offer guidance throughout the scheme, and you’ll have access to technical and business-aligned training, including platforms such as Viva Learning and Learning Management systems, to further help your development.

With opportunities for extracurricular activities to expand your skills and experience across the bank, and with introductions to colleague networks, you’ll make great connections to further your career.

  • Modernising and standardising data management approaches.
