Graduate Jobs head to the Valleys
A spate of graduate openings have shown the Wales is becoming a hot bed for graduate opportunities and careers.
Often maligned and not considered by graduates from across the United Kingdom, Wales has shown it is recently competing with the best for graduate opportunities and careers. A recent surge in graduate opportunities has shown that graduate jobs in the lush Welsh Valleys are becoming a real option. And the availability of role are not just focused around Cardiff, with opportunities in Swansea and Monmouthshire.
One leading graduate employer is looking for graduates to join them in Monmouthshire. BAE Systems Munitions is looking for a Graduate Chemist to join them in Glascoed. The graduate will be based in Wales and working on steel, polymer and aluminium systems as part of an exciting careers with one of the top graduate employers. The job starts in September this year and will see the graduate involved in a number of chemical processes and tests, as well as metal forming and treatment processes in use across three manufacturing sites.
Another fantastic employer looking for graduates in Wales is Inngot. They are a leading organisation who help companies and individuals make the most of their intellectual property. The Swansea-based organisation are looking for to fill two roles with openings for a Technical Writer and a Java Developer. Both roles have a closing date set for the 17th April and will see them working at Inngot's Swansea Waterfront HQ.
Being the capital of Wales, it is no surprise that Cardiff also has some fantastic opportunities. Top of the pile of graduate opportunities in Cardiff is Meltwater's International Management Trainee Programme. This young, innovative and ambitious company are looking for graduates who can be proactive and who are driven by results.
Meltwater are a global leader in online media monitoring and other Software-as-a-Service tools. They are looking to bring graduates to Cardiff who will one day work their way up the ranks to become Managing Directors.
