Our search consultants hand pick elite CVs to run through our initial screening to gauge suitability and performance. An invitation to our Hammersmith selection centre will be offered to superior candidates, who will undergo a combination of presentation tasks, group dynamic exercises, one-on-one interviews and sale scenarios to ascertain their potential to become successful salespeople. As a result on average Graduate Fasttrack has a 90% success rate in placing successful candidates into high- profile careers within two weeks.

With a background in the youth media industry, Graduate Fasttrack sources graduates from outside traditional candidate pools. We employ an extensive university strategy, backed by a strong on campus presence. Further we operate our own network of youth websites which attract over 120,000 unique visitors per month.
