Insight programmes – supporting early careers
We offer a number of Insight programmes within KPMG focussed on historically underrepresented groups, which include: Black Heritage Talent Insight, Social Mobility Talent Insight, Women in Deal Advisory and Women in Technology & Engineering programmes. These insight programmes offer people, early in their careers, a great way to explore working life at KPMG, the work we do as well as the teams they could join if they choose a career with us.

Our commitment to gender equity
We’re committed to building an inclusive and supportive culture for women. KPMG are co-sponsors of the FTSE Women Leaders Review – an independent, business-led framework supported by the Government, which sets recommendations to improve the representation of Women on Boards and in Leadership positions. We’ve been in the Times Top 50 Employers for Women for 12 consecutive years, and our firm’s transformational targets will see equal female representation at every level of our organisation by 2030.
We also have a number of initiatives designed to empower gender equity throughout KPMG. Launched in 2015, the award winning ITs Her Future programme tackles issues of gender diversity in technology. KPMG's Network of Women (KNOW) is another initiative we’re proud to promote. It celebrates gender balance, and provides opportunities for colleagues to share their experiences and find guidance to grow professionally.

Mentoring circles
Across the firm, there are a number of mentoring initiatives and mentoring circles that are open to everyone. This includes firm-wide activity such as the Black Lives Allyship Programme, which pairs people together to mentor, sponsor and learn from each other. And local teams initiatives, like Audit women’s circles.
