About the opportunity

Over the course of the programme, you will move through a series of rotations across our manufacturing sites. You’ll be providing direction for manufacturing activities and playing an important part in the development of business plans, processes, and strategic objectives.

Gain remarkable insight into how our sites operate from all levels to truly understand our work. We’ll encourage you to put your learning into play with projects that are assigned to you during the programme. Responsibilities you could own on the programme include:

  • Learning and reporting on how site functions run from the Factory Floor through to Operational Management levels
  • Aiding in the implementation of key projects and fulfilling the goals of our sites
  • Recommending and implementing innovative manufacturing solutions to improve efficiency, decrease costs, and streamline processes

By the end of your training period, you should be ready to take on a permanent role in our Manufacturing function.

About you

We’re looking for proactive, resilient final year graduates with a 2:1 (or equivalent) in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. You’ll need to be comfortable working on your own initiatives and taking accountability for projects early on. You will need a full driving licence, as well as the ability to travel to sites across the UK. Other qualities we’d like to see include:

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • IT knowledge

We are unable to offer sponsorship so you must have the full, unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.

About the rewards
