A STEM career is exciting, challenging, and offers a world of opportunity. But just 15% of engineering graduates and 16.5% of all the engineers in the UK are female. At BAE Systems, we want to change this by inspiring women in science, technology, engineering and maths. We're passionate about helping promote STEM careers for women and girls.
We recently hosted a session where attendees heard more about what graduate opportunities are available at BAE Systems, gained insights from one of their female graduates who has since completed the programme, and listened to current female graduates in STEM roles.
